Use a mild, nourishing shampoo such as the Abyssinian Deep Hydration Shampoo. This shampoo repairs and moisturises the hair and repairs split ends. Always pre-wash the hair once with a small amount of shampoo to remove the initial dirt from the hair and scalp. After this, wash the hair again with a generous amount of shampoo. A shampoo opens the hair cuticles so the active ingredients can penetrate the hair properly. This shampoo also cares for the scalp and removes grease and dirt from the hair.

After washing with a conditioning shampoo and opening the hair cuticles, it is good to use a quality conditioner.

To avoid weighing down the hair, it is best to use a conditioner only in the ends and lengths of the hair, and not at the roots or on the scalp. It is also very important to wash out the conditioner thoroughly.

For an extra boost to your hair, use an intensely nourishing hair mask every two to three weeks.

Start your treatment with the shampoo. On damp hair, massage 1-2 pumps onto wet roots and scalp until a foam is formed. Distribute the foam over the rest of the hair and massage gently for a few minutes. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary.

Then use 1 to 2 pumps of the conditioner to detangle, protect and repair the hair. After the active ingredients have been absorbed, rinse the hair well.

After that dry your hair and use 1 to 2 pumps of the hair serum on your dry hair to style it. You can also use it as a conditioner after shampooing while the hair dries.
